Submission of Abstracts
The 2007 Scientific Program Committee is pleased to invite you to submit an abstract for the RANZCR 58th Annual Scientific Meeting.
The Scientific Program Committee invites abstract submissions for consideration as a Scientific Paper, Scientific Exhibit or Educational Exhibit for inclusion in the Radiology Program, or alternatively abstract submissions for consideration as a Scientific Paper or Scientific Exhibit for inclusion in the Radiation Oncology Program.

Summary of Abstract Submission Instructions
Please read through the submission instructions listed below before preparing your abstract:
Step 1: Read the General Policies and Requirements for the submission of abstracts.
Step 2: Write your abstract following the Abstract Format & Layout Guidelines.
Step 3: Download Scientific Paper & Scientific Exhibit Template or Educational Exhibit Template and insert/add your abstract text. Save as a .doc document to your computer. Please note: Abstracts must not exceed 250 word limit, however this word limit excludes invited speakers who may submit full papers.
Step 4: Click on the button below to complete the Abstract Submission Form. It will be necessary to attach/upload the .doc copy of your abstract.
NOTE: Please print a copy of the abstract submission form for your records prior to clicking ‘upload’.

Invited Speakers
Please note that all invited speakers are not restricted to the 250 word limit and invited to full papers of their work. Please use the supplied template format guidelines and submit your abstract using the online form.
Notification of Acceptance
All abstract will be peer reviewed. Reviewers will be blinded to author detail and institution(s) of origin. Notifications of acceptance will be sent via e-mail to the submitting author at the end of June 2007. Scientific Papers submitted for oral presentation that cannot be accommodated within the Meeting program will be offered a place in the Scientific Exhibits (poster) display area.
Accepted abstracts will be published in the Meeting proceedings. The Meeting Managers will not be held responsible for abstract submissions not received via the website or for submission errors caused by Internet service outages, hardware or software delays, power outages or unforeseen events.
