Scientific Program Themes
The 2007 Meeting program includes relevant session topics designed to encourage delegates to learn new methods and practical applications, to facilitate a forum of open discussion and to exchange ideas and experiences in the fields of Radiology and Radiation Oncology

Radiation Oncology
The Radiation Oncology scientific program will focus on the future directions and practical applications of the discipline in this era of transformative advances in molecular medicine and technological innovations leading to unprecedented progress against cancer.
The distinguished International Faculty including Professor Walter Curran, Chair of the Radiation Therapy Oncology Group and Professor of Radiation Oncology of the University of Pennsylvania, and Professor John Yarnold, Professor of Clinical Oncology of the Royal Marsden Hospital and the Institute of Cancer Research in London, will lead and support a highly stimulating program.
The highlight of the program will showcase an interactive symposium entitled "Shaping the future of Radiation Oncology" and anchored by prominent members of our discipline including Professors Rod Withers and Lester Peters, who will lead stimulating discussions and challenge our critical thinking. The program will also feature structured educational sessions to provide the audience with a broad overview and specific in-depth presentations on selected highly topical subjects in Oncology.
