If you are interested in attending the RANZCR 2007 ASM and would like further information, please complete the online form below.

Participation is open to all persons interested in Radiology and Radiation Oncology.

Please note that all persons intending to attend the Meeting must register, including Invited Speakers, Chairpersons, Delegates, Accompanying Persons, Exhibitors and Sponsors. Please read through this website carefully before you complete your online registration form.

Radiology - CPD Points

Meeting participants of the Radiology Scientific Program may claim 1 CPD point per learning hour or alternatively 27 CPD points for attendance at the whole Meeting (4 learning days).

Payment Of Fees

NOTE: Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received.

Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. MasterCard and Visa are the only credit cards accepted at the meeting. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by THPL’. Cheques should be made payable to the RANZCR 2007 ASM. 

International
Payments from overseas must be made by credit card or bank cheque in Australian Dollars only, drawn on an Australian Bank. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. You may not pay your fees by direct transfer.

Acknowledgements

Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.

You will not receive any further publications before the Meeting. Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Meeting. At the Meeting you will receive the final program, the book of published papers/meeting documentation and a list of delegates.

Entrance To The Meeting

Each member of the Meeting will receive a name badge upon registration onsite. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Meeting Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserves the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Registration And Hospitality/Tours Desk

The Registration Desk will be located in the Foyer of the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre and will be operating as follows:

Thursday 4 October 0700 – 1700
Friday 5 October 0800 – 1700
Saturday 6 October 0800 – 1700
Sunday 7 October 0800 – Meeting Close

 

The Meeting Managers will be on-site for enquiries at other times. A Tours Desk will operate during meeting hours.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Meeting and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Meeting, or through cancellation of the Meeting, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Meeting Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
