We are pleased to announce for 2009 a Combined Scientific Meeting which marks the joining of The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR), (including the Faculty of Radiation Oncology (FRO), The Australian Institute of Radiography (AIR) and the Australasian College of Physical Scientists & Engineers in Medicine (ACPSEM). Participation is open to all persons interested in Radiology and Radiation Oncology.

Delegate Gift

Radiology - CPD Points

CPD points will be available for the Meeting participants of the Radiology Program. Further information regarding the amount of points allocated per learning hour of the program will be updated in the near future.

Payment of Fees

NOTE:  Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received.

Payment may be made by cheque or credit card.  MasterCard and Visa are the only credit cards accepted at the Meeting. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by THPL’.

Cheques should be made payable to the RANZCR 2008 ASM and must be received by 4 September 2008. Following this date, all registrations must be paid for with credit card. Please post cheques to: RANZCR ASM Managers, GPO Box 128, SYDNEY, NSW 2001 AUSTRALIA. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque.  Cheque payments should be made payable in Australian Dollars and drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted. You may not pay your fees by direct transfer.

Acknowledgements

Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form. You will not receive any further publications before the Meeting. Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Meeting.  At the Meeting you will receive the final program, the book of published papers/meeting documentation and a list of delegates.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Meeting Managers.

Registration Fees:

  • Before 6 August 2008 will incur an A$100.00 cancellation fee.
  • Before 11 September 2008 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
  • After 11 September 2008 there will be no refund.

Accommodation:

  • All deposits must be paid by 11 September 2008.
  • Deposit is non-refundable at 11 September 2008.

Social:

  • Payments are non-refundable at 11 September 2008.

Optional Tours:

  • Payments are non-refundable at 11 September 2008.

Entrance to the Meeting

Each member of the Meeting will receive a name badge upon registration onsite.  The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Meeting Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserves the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the meeting and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the meeting, or through cancellation of the meeting, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Meeting Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
